It's a Norny Life - Chapter Three

Anna shook her head. The next thing she heard as the voice of Sarah, her friend.

"Anna! Anna!" she yelled, "You're late! Hurry up! We're starting show and tell!"

"Show and tell?!?" replied Anna, "Isn't that a little to YOUNG for us?" "I suppose," replied Jenny, giggling, "You don't have to get so mad, though! Come on...""

Okay..." Anna said, with a grin, "Wh-who is that?"

"I don't know!" answered Jenny, "He looks cute, though..."

Anna didn't notice what Jenny had said. She was in a trance.

"COME ON!"snapped Jenny, "HURRY UP!"

They walked into the lift. Anna yawned. Jenna and Brianna hopped into the lift. "You guys are always late." said Jenny. Jenna and Brianna (Identical twins) stared at each other, and looked back at Jenny. It was silent.

Anna broke the silence with another yawn, saying, "Come on, let's go!"

"O-Okay." said Jenny, she slowly moved her hand over to the down button, and pushed it lightly with her pinky.

Jenny was a beautiful white-haired, cat-eared, and lightly yellow tinted norn, with rosy pink cheeks and pink ears. Jenna and Brianna were both blond-haired, with blue eyes and a light yellow tinting. They were WAY different in personality, though.

One of them, Jenna, was a lady-like snotty one, who never did sports or had very much fun. The other one, Brianna, loved sports, getting dirty, and she was quite a tom boy. Anna, of course, was a smart, and popular norn. She never really cared about make up, though, because she knew that true beauty was better than FAKE.

Soon they arived at their first class, History. They did show and tell, first. Anna grabbed her yoyo out of her back pack, and clutched it tightly. She put the back pack back on the back of her chair, and put the yoyo down in the courner of her desk.

Jenny was up. She had an EGG for show and tell.

An egg? thought Anna, What does an EGG have to do with history?!?

Finally, Anna was up. She picked up her yoyo off of her desk, and walked up to Mr. Walkins' desk, slipping her back pack up on her shoulder. She explained the history of her yoyo, and when she was finished a great aplause rose from the croud of people (The students, that is).

After history was over all of the kids from her class gathered round her in the lift. But Anna was looking at something else. she was looking at the new boy, standing next to Mrs. Gordel Playing the drums and tapping his foot.

He was SO cute.The new boy was a bald norn with small white horns, and a bushy "squirel-like" tail. He had floppy ears, and brown eyes. He also had a bit of a yellow tinting to him. Next class was music. Mrs. Gordel introduced the new boy. His name was Tommy. Tommy blushed when he was standing by Mrs. Gordel's desk.

Today they were going to learn how to play a christmas song, "Joy to the world."

Anna and Tommy stood in the back, because they both played the harp. Jenna played the harp, also. Brianna and Jenny played the drums, and stood right in front of the harp players. All of the others played either the flute COB, piano COB, violin COB, and other odd instrument COBs.

There was only a tiny bit of violin in "Joy to the world," but a lot of trumpet and flute, and quite a bit of piano and harp.

At the end of music was science, and then nature, two of Anna's favorite subjects, but they flew by quickly. Next it would be lunch and recess.
